Refund Policy

ClearMetric Analytics provides customized consulting and analytics services delivered on a subscription basis.

Due to the personalized and time based nature of the services, refunds are not offered once a reporting period has begun or a report has been delivered.

 

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

 

If a client believes an error has occurred in service delivery, ClearMetric Analytics will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
